These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ck48 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and game participation. By accessing ck48.org you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ck48 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the ck48 website at ck48.org, including all games, betting markets, wallet services and promotional offers available through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the ck48 platform.
ck48 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a new promotional offer.
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use ck48. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ck48 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds associated with them forfeited without notice.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. ck48 may request KYC documentation at any time to verify your identity and payment details.
Minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka and must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms including rollover multipliers and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion.
All games use certified RNG technology. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use bots, or engage in collusive play will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Section 1
Eligibility and Registration
1.1 Age Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ck48 and to participate in any real-money game, betting market or promotional activity on the platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. ck48 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where an account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any balance in the account — whether derived from deposits, winnings or bonuses — will be forfeited. ck48 takes its age restriction obligations seriously and will report any evidence of underage gambling to the appropriate authorities where required.
1.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
ck48 provides its services to players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using the ck48 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ck48 does not make any representation that access to its platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and ck48 accepts no liability in connection with such access. If you are unsure about the legal status of online gambling in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
1.3 Registration Requirements
To register an account with ck48 you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you agree to these Terms. You may only hold one active account. If you already hold an account with ck48, you must not register a second account — doing so constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in both accounts being closed and all associated funds being forfeited. Where ck48 requires KYC verification — for example, before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold — you will be required to provide government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method ownership.
Section 2
Account Management
2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck48 login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ck48 will never ask for your password via live chat, email or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ck48 support immediately. ck48 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
2.2 Account Verification
ck48 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time in order to comply with its anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill or bank statement. ck48 reserves the right to temporarily restrict account access until verification is completed. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts above the applicable threshold. The KYC process is confidential and your documentation will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
2.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your ck48 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine funds remaining in your account at the time of closure request (i.e., funds not subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification if not already completed. ck48 may close an account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, policy violations, duplicate account holding, or where the account holder is found to be under the minimum age requirement. Where an account is closed for cause, ck48 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.
Section 3
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Deposits to your ck48 account may be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where identified. Deposit funds are typically credited to your ck48 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. ck48 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges which are your responsibility. ck48 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security reasons.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in the player's own name. ck48 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically within five minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours; withdrawals to other methods may take longer. ck48 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above a specified threshold. Players may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement.
3.3 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any deposit made to ck48. Any attempt to fraudulently reverse a deposit transaction — including a deposit the funds of which have already been used to place bets — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ck48 reserves the right to suspend the account of any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback, to withhold any pending withdrawal, and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins and promotional rewards offered by ck48 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. ck48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your ck48 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms. ck48 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through low-risk matched betting, arbitrage strategies or any other method designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds.
4.3 Welcome Bonus
The ck48 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit and is subject to the wagering requirements and other terms published on the promotions page at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address. Players who attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts, payment methods or device profiles will be treated as operating duplicate accounts and may have their accounts closed and balances forfeited. ck48 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time, including retroactively where it determines that the offer was claimed fraudulently.

Game Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Game Outcomes
All casino games on the ck48 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including ck48 itself. The RNG systems used by ck48's game providers are independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return of each game and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. ck48 accepts no liability for any losses incurred during gameplay, including losses resulting from incorrect betting decisions, misunderstanding of game rules, or connectivity issues.
5.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on ck48, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi and other sports, are offered in pre-match and live (in-play) formats. Odds are subject to change at any time before settlement. ck48 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed after the relevant event or market outcome was already determined, where odds were published in error, or where ck48 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed as part of a fraudulent scheme. In the case of event cancellation or abandonment, applicable void rules as specified in the individual market terms will apply.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck48 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and may be reported to relevant authorities: using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or exploit bonus structures; exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions — any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed; using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity; creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; and providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
Section 6
Responsible Gaming and Account Closure
6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools
ck48 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Every registered account has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from the account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly); session time reminders and time limits; cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. Players who wish to activate any of these tools are encouraged to do so proactively. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, ck48 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek independent support. ck48 will not send promotional communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion.
6.2 Underage Gambling Prevention
ck48 takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. If you are aware that a person under 21 years of age has gained access to a ck48 account — including through use of your own account — you must notify ck48 support immediately. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that their login credentials are not accessible to minors. ck48 may at any time request age verification documents and will close without notice any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 21. Any funds in such an account will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites by minors in their household.
6.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from ck48 may do so by contacting customer support or activating the self-exclusion feature in their account settings. Once a permanent self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. During this period, ck48 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account or accessing the platform. Any attempt by a self-excluded player to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms. ck48 accepts no liability for losses incurred by a self-excluded player who successfully circumvents the exclusion — however, any funds in an account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be forfeited upon discovery.
Section 7
Liability, Amendments and Governing Terms
7.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the ck48 platform. ck48 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages and connectivity issues outside ck48's control may affect platform availability. ck48 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance. ck48 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, including bets that could not be placed or withdrawn due to a service outage.
7.2 Amendments to These Terms
ck48 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is particularly significant, ck48 may also notify players via a notice on the platform or by SMS to the registered mobile number. Your continued use of the ck48 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 2.3 above.
7.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the ck48 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck48 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
